Shipping Policy

HC Biologics, Inc. packs every shipment to protect material integrity from our facility to your bench. Handling windows differ by presentation, so please read the section that matches what you ordered.
Order processing
Approved orders are picked, inspected against the lot certificate, and released for shipment within one to two business days. Requests confirmed after 2:00 PM ET are processed the following business day.
Lyophilized vials
Lyophilized material is stable in transit and ships in protective, insulated packaging. Move vials to refrigerated or frozen storage promptly on arrival, following the storage note printed on the carton.
Temperature-sensitive and reconstituted material
Solution-form and other cold-chain items require additional preparation. Allow up to 72 hours for release, expect overnight service with coolant sized to the transit window, and refrigerate immediately on delivery.
Shipping days and cutoffs
Cold-chain shipments leave Monday through Thursday so no package sits in weekend transit. Cold-chain orders placed after 12:00 PM ET on Thursday ship the next available business day, typically Monday.
Tracking
A carrier tracking number is emailed to the address on your account as soon as a shipment is released. If tracking shows delivered and the package is not in hand, check your receiving desk or mailroom first, then contact us so we can open a carrier trace.
Delays, damage, and refused deliveries
Report visible damage, a temperature excursion, or a missing item to support@hcbiologics.co within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the outer carton and contents. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruption, weather, or an incomplete or unattended delivery address.
Shipping destinations
We ship within the United States to verified business addresses only. We do not ship to residential addresses, freight forwarders, or international destinations.
